Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing quality nursing services

• Recruit and develop a skilled nursing team

• Monitor compliance with staff scheduling policies

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a current Ontario certificate

• Minimum 4 years nursing experience, including geriatrics

• 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably long-term care

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Current CPR certification and computer literacy
