Registered Practical Nurse in Emergency Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment and treatment of emergency patients

• Provide education and perform dressing changes

• Administer Td immunizations as needed

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and teamwork

• Document patient care thoroughly in electronic records

Requirements:

• Certificate of registration with the College of Nurses

• Recent experience in an emergency department

• BLS certification up to date

• Enrollment in Coronary Care 1 program preferred

• Strong critical-thinking and organizational abilities
