Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient assessments consistently

• Collaborate on tailored care plans with nursing staff

• Deliver patient education to enhance discharge success

• Support safe and effective nursing practices

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout care delivery

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Registered Practical Nursing program

• Valid RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Recent experience in a medical/surgical setting

• BLS certification required

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
