As a Unit Nurse, you will ensure high-quality nursing in compliance with CNO standards and supervise daily staff activities. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and superb customer service skills, essential for enhancing resident care and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit
