Join Yee Hong as a Registered Nurse where you will provide high-quality resident-centered nursing services. This position involves staff supervision and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary approach.
This Registered Nurse position focuses on compliance with College of Nurses standards while supervising unit staff and enhancing resident experience. Effective communication with families and strong leadership will be crucial in delivering excellent service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff and daily unit functions
• Coordinate care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Maintain compliance with CNO practice standards
• Perform nursing duties to support resident care
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence from CNO
• Experience in nursing supervision an asset
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills
• Ability to converse in Chinese is a plus
