This position facilitates high-level oversight within the Contract Administration team across various locations in Ontario. Your tasks will involve thorough documentation of work performed, preparation of daily observational reports, and assistance with critical contractor submissions while verifying their qualifications. A keen eye for detail and excellence in communication will be crucial for effective engagement with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and document compliance with contractual standards
• Prepare and maintain daily observation logs
• Assist in preparing reports for clients and stakeholders
• Confirm contractor qualifications and review critical submissions
• Communicate effectively with all relevant parties
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of senior inspection experience
• OACETT certification required for consideration
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation necessary
Utilize your inspection expertise to enhance compliance and quality across various critical municipal construction projects.
