Position: Senior HSE Management Coordinator at BGIS
Elevate health, safety, and environmental practices as a Senior HSE Management System Coordinator s pivotal role focuses on ISO compliance, policy development, and incident management.

As part of the BGIS North American Corporate Office, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE management system. Your expertise will support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance efforts, including auditing and tracking legislation. A key aspect of this role is the management of accident and incident reporting, ensuring data integrity across various platforms, while also providing oversight for Halocarbon Management at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of HSE management system aligned with ISO standards

• Assist in internal and external ISO audits

• Manage accident and incident data tracking

• Review and update HSE policies for compliance

• Create and maintain training programs and HSE communications

Requirements:

• Certification in Occupational Health, Environmental Management or related field

• Knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements in Canada and US

• Proficiency in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
