Position: DePuy Synthes CQ Specialist Role

As part of the DePuy Synthes team, you will take on a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance for the orthopedic portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing QMS processes and collaborating with various departments to uphold standards. Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in regulated quality environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QMS processes as per standards

• Execute documentation and quality compliance activities

• Participate in audits and compliance inspections

• Assist with investigations and management of quality incidents

• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or similar

• 2–4 years of experience in quality or compliance

• Knowledge of compliance principles, QMS, and CAPA

• Excellent attention to detail in document reviews

• Proficient in standard quality databases
