Emerald Lane Recruitment is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance & Inventory Control Associate to manage regulated QA operations. The role requires hands-on experience in quality assurance within regulated environments, particularly cannabis or pharmaceuticals. Attention to detail and proficiency in inventory systems are crucial to maintaining compliance with Health Canada regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cannabis inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance

• Extract and analyze inventory data using software

• Prepare monthly regulatory reports for compliance

• Maintain document control and Quality Management System activities

• Review and manage Certificates of Analysis documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance or Inventory Control

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

• Hands-on experience with inventory management software

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analysis

• Understanding of Health Canada regulations is advantageous
