We are hiring a Software QA Specialist to ensure quality in voice input/output applications. Focus will be on testing voice recognition and improving quality standards.
As a QA Tester, you will work on validating critical applications including IVR, ACD, and CTI. Your expertise will guide the development of quality benchmarks and ensure that our products perform optimally in real-time data communications. Engaging with diverse technologies is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test and validate voice recognition systems
• Oversee interaction of voice input/output applications
• Assess automatic call distribution and IVR features
• Review computer telephony integration functionality
• Develop and implement quality standards
Requirements:
