Quality Engineer in Manufacturing

Elevate quality standards as a Quality Engineer, focusing on statistical techniques and process audits. This dual role includes both office and manufacturing tasks to enhance product quality.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with at least 5 years in the field. This role requires a strong command of FMEA, statistical process control, and quality management systems. You will lead corrective actions and perform audits to uphold standards and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corrective actions using 8-D format and fault trees

• Implement FMEA and statistical process control techniques

• Conduct manufacturing process audits and analyze results

• Prepare and review quality management system documentation

• Coordinate material review board activities to track actions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering

• ASQ Quality Engineer certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• Strong knowledge of stainless steel processing procedures

• Proficient in GD&T and statistical methodologies

• Experience maintaining ISO
9001 and AS9100 standards
