In this full-time role with Enercare, you'll manage the Operations Quality Standards department and implement top-notch quality assurance processes. Lead a talented team of QA Analysts while collaborating with vendors to ensure best practices. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining customer experience standards across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the Quality Assurance strategy across customer touchpoints

• Develop QA Analysts through coaching and clear evaluations

• Manage relationships with external quality assurance vendors

• Implement and maintain QA performance metrics for insights

• Facilitate quality improvements based on comprehensive evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance and contact center management

• Experience in critical compliance frameworks and AI quality evaluation

• Knowledge of reporting tools and QA technologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
