Responsibilities include overseeing contractor compliance, recording inspections, and facilitating strong communication across projects. This role requires close attention to detail, ensuring every facet of project execution adheres to established guidelines and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections on diverse construction projects
• Evaluate contractor adherence to contract specifications
• Maintain thorough project records and diaries
• Address compliance issues effectively with solutions
• Support construction teams with operational input
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in quality assurance
• Previous experience with grading, asphalt, or concrete is a plus
• Sound judgment and decisive skills necessary
• Foster a cooperative work environment
• Knowledge of HSE policies and compliance
