• Educate and support new Quality Analysts
• Contribute to compliance and risk reviews
Requirements:
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Expertise in Group Benefits applications
• Proficient in relevant systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage workloads
