Reporting to the Site Manager, the EHS Specialist plays a crucial role in facility management within critical environments. Overseeing environmental and safety tasks, key responsibilities include inspecting for hazardous materials, coordinating waste shipments, and conducting compliance audits. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect sites for batteries and hazardous waste
• Coordinate waste collection and shipments
• Perform site chemical inventories and ventilation surveys
• Conduct monthly indoor EHS inspections and audits
• Maintain safety equipment and manage ergonomic concerns
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
• Proficiency in MS Office and report documentation
• Valid driver's license required
