Enhance workplace safety as an EHS Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield. This hands-on role involves inspections, waste management, and compliance to uphold safety standards across facilities.
As part of a facility management team, the EHS Specialist is instrumental in ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include inspecting hazardous waste, coordinating e-waste shipping, and overseeing safety audits. The role necessitates strong knowledge of environmental regulations and the ability to communicate effectively with management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect sites and manage hazardous waste shipments
• Conduct ventilation and chemical inventories
• Perform daily and monthly safety inspections
• Review safety protocols and guide compliance audits
• Distribute and manage safety equipment
Requirements:
• High School graduate or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years EHS experience
• Availability for overtime and on-call shifts
• Strong MS Office skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
