Facilities EHS Specialist Role

In this position reporting to the Site Manager, the EHS Specialist plays an essential role in a facility management organization. This role focuses on managing hazardous waste, conducting site inspections, and coordinating compliance activities. The successful candidate will have a solid background in environmental health and safety with the expertise needed to navigate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct facility inspections and waste pickups

• Package and arrange hazardous waste shipments

• Complete chemical inventories and ventilation surveys

• Support monthly safety inspections and audits

• Manage COVID PPE distribution and safety equipment

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of EHS experience

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Valid driver’s license required
