In this full-time position within our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, you will support major infrastructure efforts by conducting safety audits, tracking incidents, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Your ability to create best-practice training and engage diverse stakeholders will enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing field audits and inspections

• Ensure completion of corrective action plans promptly

• Deliver safety assurance reviews for project activities

• Gather and maintain safety program records and data

• Report findings and support continuous safety improvements

Requirements:

• At least five years in construction safety management

• Strong background in tunneling and safety audits

• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety
