Are you a Real Estate Licensed agent? We’re looking for a motivated, well‑spoken Inside Sales Agent to join our award‑winning brokerage’s Lead Generation Department. As the Inside Sales Representative you will liaise with company‑generated leads, clients, and manage client relations with our Sales Agents to ensure corporate leads are successfully nurtured until deal completion.

• Prospect for new clients daily from various lead sources.
• Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, phone calls, and websites.
• Schedule appointments for listings and buyers.
• Input/manage client and lead database.
• Conduct lead follow‑up & nurture leads until appointments are set.
• Assign leads to our qualified agents.
• Follow up with agents and leads to assure service quality.

• Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
