In this leadership role, you will oversee archaeological assessments, ensuring compliance with various regulations while managing project scope, budgets, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead archaeological assessments per Ontario regulations
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, and quality assurance
• Research and submit proposals for archaeological projects
• Mentor staff and support project management
• Promote health and safety within the project teams
Requirements:
• 18+ years of consulting archaeology experience
• Professional license for archaeological fieldwork in Ontario
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain security clearance as needed
