Overview Shape customer understanding with Aviva Canada as the Senior Manager, Research and Insights. Lead B2C and B2B research initiatives and drive impactful decisions across the organization.
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the Research and Insights function, reporting directly to the Vice President, Customer. You will guide complex NPS and research efforts, providing expert insights while leveraging qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including emerging AI techniques. This is a pivotal role where you will prioritize research initiatives and ensure they align with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities Lead B2C and B2B cross‑functional research initiatives
Transform research into actionable insights for decision‑making
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Develop and mentor a high‑performing research team
Deliver clear reporting and presentations to senior leadership
Requirements 8–10 years of B2C research experience
Proven NPS measurement capabilities
Solid expertise in survey methodology and design
Excellent communication skills, English required
Familiarity with research technologies and tools
