Join Roche Sequencing Solutions as a Computational Chemist focused on molecular and protein design. This role combines computational chemistry with AI to innovate healthcare solutions.
You will work at the intersection of computational chemistry, structural biology, and applied AI in a collaborative environment. Your main responsibilities will include driving molecular design, advanced enzyme modeling, and simulating molecular dynamics. You'll analyze biopolymers and advance generative AI pipelines while partnering closely with wet-lab teams to translate insights into experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive molecular and protein design using virtual screening workflows
• Perform advanced structural modeling and docking simulations
• Simulate molecular dynamics and reaction mechanisms
• Analyze biopolymers, leveraging internal datasets
• Develop generative workflows for molecule generation
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in relevant fields and experience
• 1+ years in protein modeling, molecular design, or AI/ML
• Hands-on with molecular dynamics and docking tools
• Proficient in Python and cheminformatics
• Strong understanding of enzyme kinetics and binding
