As the Archaeologist Permit Holder, you will utilize over ten years of experience overseeing archaeological projects from inception to conclusion. Your technical leadership will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards, guiding a team of junior and intermediate archaeologists while collaborating closely with Project Managers for effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide junior staff on archaeological project execution
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Lead archaeological assessments and evaluations
• Analyze data to develop mitigation strategies
• Foster partnerships with Indigenous communities
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Archaeology or Anthropology preferred
• Ten years of archaeology consulting experience
• Proven project management and mentorship skills
• Capacity to hold permits in various jurisdictions
• Strong communication skills and safety knowledge
