In this role, you will provide operational and technical leadership for clinical trial programs, mentor junior staff, and collaborate on statistical strategy development. Your extensive background will support robust study designs, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality results to clients. You will play a key role in driving statistical excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage biostatistical components for clinical trial programs

• Coach and evaluate performance of statistical teams

• Ensure adherence to statistical standards in study designs

• Review and contribute to clinical protocol and report writing

• Liaise with regulatory bodies on statistical matters

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in statistical science or related fields with at least 10 years’ experience

• Master’s degree with 13 years’ relevant experience permissible

• Established history of leading successful clinical projects

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance

• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
