Join the Huawei Canada CBG team and engage in exciting research projects focused on audio and speech processing. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in related fields and possesses expertise in Digital Signal Processing and deep learning frameworks. Work alongside senior researchers, contributing to algorithm development, data pipeline creation, and proof-of-concept implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate audio signal processing algorithms
• Build data pipelines for acoustic data augmentation
• Implement research algorithms using Python and C++
• Collaborate with engineering teams for product scalability
• Document methodologies and publish findings in conferences
Requirements:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of DSP and deep learning for audio
• Experience with PyTorch or Tensor Flow
• Proficient in Python and related libraries
• Research publication record in domain conferences
