The typical hiring range for this position is $19.50 to $21.50. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skill set, internal equity, and organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

• Provide personalized wellness consultations to customers in-store
• Recommend vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products aligned with individual health goals
• Translate complex health and nutrition information into accessible guidance
• Support customers in making informed choices without sales pressure, always prioritizing their well‑being
• Assist at checkout as needed to ensure smooth and friendly transactions
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supplement science, holistic health practices, and industry trends
• Attend trainings, wellness briefings, and product education sessions
• Maintain certifications (if applicable) and pursue ongoing learning
• Demonstrate an understanding of evolving customer needs and emerging wellness topics

• Partner with team members and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets by aligning customer needs with relevant solutions
• Replenish and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, attractive product displays
• Ensure the store remains safe, organized, and compliant with health and safety protocols
• Support and participate in in‑store events, demos, and wellness activations
• Comply with company policies, sanitation standards, and operational procedures

• Completion of required Lessonly training modules
• Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
• Help drive in‑store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.
• Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education or certification in nutrition, dietetics, holistic health, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a wellness, customer‑facing, or retail role
• Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition concepts (formal or self‑directed learning accepted)
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Ability to simplify wellness concepts for general audiences
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and driven to help others
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
• Capable of multitasking and standing for extended periods; ability to lift moderately weighted items
