Part‑time Sales Associate – The Shoe Co. banner. Report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections.

• Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
• Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

• Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customer needs.
• Motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.

Pay: $17.60 per hour.
