Take charge as the Assistant Store Manager and support daily retail operations. Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed sales targets while acting in the Store Manager’s absence.
In this pivotal role, you will assist the Store Manager in operations and staff oversight. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, and facilitating exceptional customer service. You will also be involved in employee training and development, cash management, and maintaining store safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily store operations and staff
• Support merchandising and daily shipment unpacking
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Perform cash management and opening/closing duties
Requirements:
• Two years of retail experience required
• At least two years in a supervisory role
• Open availability for various shifts
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
