• Customer Engagement & Sales Support
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and deliver exceptional customer service tailored to their sports nutrition and wellness needs
  • Drive sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets by effectively sharing product knowledge and benefits
  • Provide customers with relevant information, products, and guidance (within reason), deferring specialized health advice to certified Advisors
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, leveraging available resources to meet customer and store expectations
• Product Merchandising & Operations
  • Replenish and stock merchandise appropriately to maintain attractive and well-organized displays focusing on sports nutrition products
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working and shopping environment at all times
  • Keep in-depth knowledge of sports supplements, recovery aids, and nutrition essentials to educate customers and support sales
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately via the POS system
  • Adhere strictly to all company rules, regulations, policies, and sanitation standards
• Team Collaboration & Knowledge Building
  • Collaborate with Health & Nutrition Advisors, Team Leads, and Store Managers to support store goals and enhance customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and vendor demos to deepen sports nutrition expertise
  • Share product insights with team members to build a knowledgeable and confident sales floor
• Training & Compliance
  • Completion of required Lessonly training modules
  • Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
  • Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability
• Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• 2–3 years of experience in health-focused retail, sports nutrition, or customer service
• Strong knowledge of sports supplements, nutrition, and wellness trends
• Sales-driven with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for sports, fitness, and helping customers succeed in their wellness goals
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the sales floor throughout shifts
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passionate about sports nutrition and enjoy educating others about performance supplements
• Curious and motivated to stay current on evolving sports health trends and products
• A confident communicator who makes complex product information accessible and relatable
