Join the Nespresso team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional retail experiences. As a Coffee Bard, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments through retail-tainment, educating customers about our products, and offering tasting ceremonies. This position also includes training colleagues on coffee knowledge and sales strategies, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and train team members on coffee culture
• Educate customers on Nespresso sustainability and products
• Organize and lead masterclasses and tasting events
• Assist with customer service and sales initiatives
• Maximize sales of the Nespresso product portfolio
Requirements:
• Charismatic and outgoing personality with a passion for coffee
• Prior barista, mentoring, or training experience preferred
• Eager to learn and create unique coffee recipes
• Physically able to lift up to 23 kgs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
