We are expanding our team at Savers and Value Village, seeking part-time and full-time Retail Store Associates. You will engage with diverse customers and create an enjoyable environment while ensuring items are ready for sale. Our mission to promote reuse impacts local communities positively and fosters a sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional customer experiences in-store

• Assist and engage with donors providing their items

• Maintain organized and appealing store displays

• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere every day

• Participate in training and development programs

Requirements:

• Passion for thrift and sustainable shopping

• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Flexibility to handle various shifts including weekends
