Your role focuses on creating positive shopping environments and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will significantly contribute to store success through exceptional customer service. With a focus on optimizing inventory and increasing sales, you'll ensure adherence to brand standards. Engage in daily operations including shipment processing and store replenishment to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance the customer shopping experience and foster long-term relationships
• Manage inventory including shipment processing and storeroom replenishment
• Maintain brand visual presentation standards across the store
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
• Support eCommerce order fulfillment efficiently
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1 year team lead experience
• 2 years of retail background preferred
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be available to work flexible hours
