What You’ll Do
- Receiving and Unloading Merchandise:
Prepare and reset the Receiving Area, unload general merchandise trailers, and complete live unloading of remaining merchandise. - Handle and Move Merchandise Safely:
Maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated/frozen products and pull pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing. - Stocking and Customer Support:
Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service to support a positive shopping experience. - Overstock Organization:
Label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management. - Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment:
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure. - Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule):
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- High Task Volume in a Fast-Paced Environment:
Manage overnight hours effectively and plan accordingly to stay energized and focused. Handle a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time. - Physical Demands:
Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.) Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

Minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
