As a Franchise Business Consultant, you’ll report to the Regional Director and play a crucial role in enhancing sales and ensuring compliance with franchise standards. Your expertise will guide franchisees by sharing product knowledge, conducting Best Practices reviews, and resolving operational issues. Expect to engage in regular in-store visits to support franchise growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive system-wide sales to meet company targets
• Communicate product knowledge and seasonal initiatives to franchisees
• Conduct Best Practices reviews for improved profitability
• Train and enforce brand standards with a focus on compliance
• Act as a liaison between franchisees and head office for issue resolution
Requirements:
• College degree or extensive retail experience
• 2-3 years of district management experience
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Valid driver’s license for travel
