Stock Associate for Omni Channel Fulfillment

As a Stock Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in the customer experience by fulfilling orders through various channels like BOPIS and Home Delivery. Your responsibilities will include packing shipments, suggesting design services, and maintaining stockroom standards. You'll collaborate with management to enhance efficiency and reduce waste while ensuring that the brand’s image is upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute customer fulfillment across Omni channels seamlessly

• Pack and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently

• Suggest additional items to enhance sales during BOPIS orders

• Maintain organizational standards in the stockroom and shipping areas

• Perform stock checks and communicate out of stock items

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or fulfillment roles preferred
