Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a crucial part of the team, connecting with clients and ensuring their unique needs are met. This role demands a strong focus on product knowledge and visual presentation standards, enriching the overall shopping journey. Your proactive engagement and assistance will support both customer satisfaction and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to cultivate lasting relationships

• Aid in the execution of product requests from BOH to sales floor

• Support visual merchandising and store display organization

• Participate in inventory preparation and organization tasks

• Uphold Moncler’s grooming and behavior standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of retail experience in luxury preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Passion for the fashion industry and brand

• Technologically savvy with Microsoft proficiency

• Dependable, and flexible to team needs
