The Brick Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in Canada. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help customers and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with customers, promoting loyalty, and reviewing order reports daily. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for career growth.
