Total rewards: $19.00 - $19.60 hourly

• Bring a minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise
• Maintain flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Handle physically demanding work on a consistent basis
• Pass a clean criminal background check

• Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising
• Supervise and motivate retail teams to meet productivity and performance targets
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock availability
• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Support operational execution to help drive overall business growth
