Represent Carter’s as a welcoming Sales Associate, using customer engagement and product knowledge to support growing families in a busy retail environment.
As the first face of Carter’s, you will assist customers with styles, features, and benefits. You will support omnichannel shopping, resolve issues, process transactions, and explain promotions. The role also includes replenishment, shipment, and maintaining a safe, clean store.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly and provide product assistance
- Resolve customer issues proactively in busy retail settings
- Support omnichannel shopping experiences as needed
- Execute and expedite point of sale transactions
- Complete replenishment and shipment tasks
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays
