This Overnight Associate supports merchandise receiving and movement from trailers to the sales floor. The work includes unloading, pallet handling, stocking, merchandising, signing, labelling, and backroom bin placement. Associates plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions while supporting customer service when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare the sales floor before store opening
- Complete live unloading of merchandise
- Pull pallets to and from the sales floor
- Label merchandise and place it in backroom bins
- Stock, merchandise, and sign assigned features
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Follow Company policies and procedures
- Complete safety sweep logs as required
- Help maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment
- Ensure displays and fixtures remain secure
Support Walmart’s overnight operations through unloading, stocking, backroom labelling, pallet movement, and sales-floor preparation.
