Support fashion customers at Walmart Canada in Parry Sound while building retail skills through merchandise processing, stocking, and service.
As a Fashion Associate, you will provide customer service while processing and stocking fashion merchandise. You will maintain merchandise standards, modular and signage integrity, and a safe, clean environment. Daily work includes seasonal arrangements, salesfloor upkeep, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Locate merchandise and promote products or services
- Process, stock, and merchandise fashion items
- Maintain clean, tidy, and hazard-free salesfloor areas
- Replenish seasonal merchandise and execute seasonal arrangements
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Complete safety sweep logs as required
- Use proper fixtures, supplies, and signage
- Resolve customer issues or refer concerns appropriately
