As a Part-Time Retail Advisor and Inbound Field Specialist, you represent Clutch in person. The role suits customer-facing professionals from retail, hospitality, technology, automotive, or service environments. You will welcome customers, complete appointments, inspect vehicles, and record detailed notes in customer tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
Build connections and understand individual customer needs
Handle questions and concerns with patience and judgment
Complete appointments, paperwork, and tracking-system notes accurately
Inspect vehicles and document condition carefully
Requirements:
Two or more years of customer-facing experience
Valid G2 driver's licence
Clean abstract without major infractions for three years
Clean criminal background check
Weekday and weekend part-time availability
Bring customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism to Clutch’s in-person vehicle experience at CF Markville Mall.
