Support Bulk Barn store performance as a part-time Retail Supervisor skilled in staff leadership, delegation, and customer service. Flexible scheduling is required.
The Corporate Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily business operations. This permanent, part-time position involves coaching employees, assigning work, following up on tasks, and helping customers. Retail experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Uphold Bulk Barn standards during Store Manager absences
- Assign tasks among employees and monitor timely completion
- Lead workers through their daily responsibilities
- Assist customers beyond their expectations
- Maintain clean shelves, store areas, and safe conditions
- Proven ability to lead retail employees
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Integrity when handling confidential information
- Flexible availability Monday through Sunday, twelve to twenty-five hours
