As a Part-Time Retail Advisor and Inbound Field Specialist, you represent Clutch in person. The role suits customer-facing professionals from retail, hospitality, technology, automotive, or service environments. You will welcome customers, complete appointments, inspect vehicles, and record detailed notes in customer tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Build connections and understand individual customer needs
- Handle questions and concerns with patience and judgment
- Complete appointments, paperwork, and tracking-system notes accurately
- Inspect vehicles and document condition carefully
- Two or more years of customer-facing experience
- Valid G2 driver's licence
- Clean abstract without major infractions for three years
- Clean criminal background check
- Weekday and weekend part-time availability
