This Store Team Member helps create positive in-store shopping experiences by keeping bakery products available and displays ready. You will stock shelves, respond to customer questions, maintain department standards, and support ordering. No previous experience is required, because training is provided for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous customer service and respond to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Keep department areas neat and safe
- Attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Resourcefulness when resolving customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
