This Sales Associate supports retail operations through customer service, product knowledge, stocking, and suggestive selling. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and build genuine connections that support sales. The position also includes merchandise organization, shipment receiving, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain store appearance through cleaning and merchandise organization
- Receive shipments and replenish sales floor inventory
- Support the Store Manager with reports and projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability
