Keep J.Crew products moving behind the scenes as a Stock Associate focused on shipments, replenishment, and organized stockroom operations.
As a Stock Associate, you support smooth store operations and contribute to exceptional customer experiences. You will process inbound and outbound shipments, replenish the sales floor, package customer orders, and learn store shipment systems. You will also follow merchandise handling guidelines and maintain presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
- Maintain an organized stock room
- Replenish products on the sales floor
- Package customer orders promptly
- Support selling and service expectations
- At least 18 years old
- Passion for J.Crew, customers, and teams
- Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 40 pounds
- Flexibility, courtesy, and strong problem-solving skills
Bring shipment processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization skills to support J.Crew customers and store operations effectively.
