Represent Nespresso in a boutique setting through coffee expertise, customer engagement, and sales performance. This is a Part Time Coffee Specialist position.
You will act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The work combines customer approaches, upselling, product education, and positive brand experiences. Sustainability is central to conversations with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand daily objectives through team briefings
- Engage customers and reinforce Nespresso’s brand message
- Upsell products while pursuing individual and store goals
- Apply product knowledge to deliver customer experiences
- Promote sustainability through customer education
- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- Interest in developing Nespresso coffee knowledge
- One to two years in high-volume retail selling
- Strong sales and customer service performance
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
