Deliver expert cosmetics customer service at Walmart Canada in Thunder Bay while supporting product selection, merchandising, and organized sales floor standards.
As a Cosmetics Associate, you assist customers, promote products and services, and support purchase decisions. You also maintain merchandise flow, protect assets, and address concerns appropriately. Product awareness and attention to detail support accurate pricing, displays, stocking, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and assist with cosmetics product selection
- Promote products, services, and available department guidance
- Resolve customer concerns or refer them to management
- Stock, rotate, and present merchandise accurately
- Support claims, returns, and loss prevention efforts
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Occasional ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and strong product awareness
