This Bakery InStore Clerk position supports store readiness and a positive shopping experience for customers. You will provide helpful service, answer questions resourcefully, and maintain displays that meet company standards. Training is provided, making previous experience unnecessary while you learn the department’s daily requirements and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond courteously to customer needs and questions
- Maintain stocked shelves and product displays
- Ensure accurate product scanning during transactions
- Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Keep department areas neat and health-conscious
- Resourceful, courteous approach to customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things
- Ability to work independently in busy conditions
- Availability for varied days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to remain mobile and move up to 50 pounds
